HOW TO: Master the Mint Julep

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces bourbon
  • Mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 ounce simple syrup (equal parts water + sugar)

Instructions:

In a julep cup, muddle mint leaves. Add bourbon, simple syrup, and crushed ice. Garnish with mint and serve.
