At Tuckernuck, we take pride in our products, and we want you to be happy with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with a return.

Tuckernuck has the right to cancel any orders that come across our system as fraudulent.

RETURN POLICY

To ensure that we can efficiently process your refund, please make sure your return meets the requirements below.

  • Tuckernuck gladly accepts returns of unwashed, unworn merchandise for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please note all returns will be charged a $7.00 return processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Shipping fees are not refunded. 
  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment (PayPal, Credit Card, or Gift Card).
  • Returned items must have an original tags attached and must be accompanied by the packing slip associated with your order.
  • Returned orders received at our warehouse without paperwork will be issued a merchandise credit for the current selling price of the item or items.  
  • Monogrammed, personalized, or final sale products cannot be returned.  All swimwear sales are final sale due to health and hygiene concerns.

In the rare event that your item is damaged during shipment or exhibits a manufacturing defect, please contact Tuckernuck Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your package at customerservice@tnuck.com or 1 (888) 501-8101. We will work with you to replace the item as quickly as possible. Please note that normal wear or failure to follow manufacturer’s laundering instructions is not considered a defect.  Tuckernuck is not responsible for any returned packages damaged during transit.

Prepaid Returns 

  1. Repack the item[s] in the original packaging (if possible) and attach your printed return label.  If you cannot locate your return label, you may print a new label here
  2. Complete the form on your packing slip and include it (or a photocopy) with your return.
  3. Affix UPS label to your return box or mailer.
  4. You may drop your package off at any UPS Drop Box, UPS Store Location, or you may request a pick up here

Non-Prepaid Returns

You also have the options to send return back to us at the address below using any other insured, trackable method, at your expense. Once your package has been received, we will process your return in accordance with our policy. Our return address is:

EXCHANGES

To ensure that the item you are interested in is still in stock, we recommend purchasing the new size or color up front and return the item that did not work out.  If you would still like to process an exchange, you may do so by filling out the exchange form on the packing slip included in your order.  We will ship to the same shipping address listed on the original order order unless otherwise noted.  If the item requested is not in stock at the time the return is received, we will refund your original form of payment.  Please note Tuckernuck has the right to refuse any return that does not meet it's standards. 

*HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY EXCEPTION

Starting November 15th, 2016, all returns will be accepted until January 15th. Please note all returns will be charged a $7.00 re-stocking fee if the return label was used.

Tuckernuck ships to all 50 states; Washington, D.C.; US Territories; US P.O Boxes; and APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been received. Any and all status updates for your order will be sent to the email address used to place the order.

Most products are shipped from our warehouse in Maryland via USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that some products are shipped directly from the vendors via UPS, USPS or FedEx and may arrive in separate packages.

For orders placed after 11 AM EST, delivery times will go into effect the following business day.

If, for some reason, an item takes longer to ship due to personalization or customization, you will find this information on the product detail page. You will receive your tracking information within 1-2 business days of your order shipping. Once your tracking number has been issued, please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update with the carrier.

Please note, we are not responsible for any delays in shipment with UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Once the product has left the warehouse or our manufacturer. It is in the hands of the shipping service. 

PRE-SALE

Some products may be marked as “Pre-Sale” in the product descriptions, allowing you to order certain high-demand items in advance.  Each item is accompanied with an estimated arrival date.  While we do our best to accurately calculate this information, this is only an estimation and may change at any time based on manufacturer’s availability or shipping delays.  Should this occur, you will be updated as soon as possible.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND EDITS

At Tuckernuck, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. For this reason, we are unable to edit or cancel your order. If you have questions regarding returning your order once it has been delivered, please refer to our Returns Policy or contact Customer Service at 1 (888) 501-8101, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm ET.

Currently, we do not accept payments from credit cards issued outside of the United States.  If your order is canceled and you expect it may be due to this reason, you can contact Customer Service for further information.
