Shipping and Delivery
After you’ve placed your order, keep an eye out for an email from Tuckernuck indicating that your order has been processed. Orders placed after 11 AM EST will not ship out until the following business day.
Most products are shipped from Tuckernuck HQ via USPS, while other products are shipped directly from the vendors (via UPS, USPS or FedEx). For this reason, we charge a $10 flat fee for domestic ground shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping is available for an additional price. You can expect your order to arrive between 3-5 business days after your order is placed. In some cases, however, your order may take a bit longer if it’s coming from a Tuckernuck vendor.
Georgetown Showroom Pick-Up: If you live in the DC area and would like to pick up your order from our Georgetown Location, you can choose Georgetown Showroom Pick-Up as your free shipping option. If we have the item in stock, you can do same day pick-up. We'll email you a pick-up time window if your item is being shipped from a vendor. Our showroom (1052 Potomac Street NW) is located behind the Dean & Deluca in Georgetown, right next to Down Dog Yoga.

Returns and Exchanges
*All monogrammed, personalized and sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.* Worn or used items may be returned due to manufacturing defect only, for repair or replacement per manufacturer's instructions. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange so long as it is returned within 30 days. Normal wear and tear and failure to follow manufacturer's laundering instructions are not considered a manufacturing defect. If the item cannot be replaced or repaired, a refund will be issued based on the original method of tender.

Returns will NOT be accepted without a copy of your invoice, proof of purchase, or return authorization form (RA Form) issued by Tuckernuck. If you do not have the original invoice, you must include your name, billing address and a phone number where you can be reached along with your order number, if possible. Once your package has been received at Tuckernuck HQ, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process and post the transaction. In some cases, this can take up to 3 business days depending on your bank.
**Please note: we do not offer free returns or exchanges for International Orders. Due to the high fees involved with shipments overseas, an additional shipping fee will be added on to any exchanged orders.
