VIP Rewards is our free loyalty program. It’s a way to reward our most dedicated customers every time they shop. Get points that turn into cash, a birthday gift and exclusive perks like early access to sale events and new drops.

Signing up is super easy. Create a free account here and enter your name, email and password. You’ll automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, events and our newest drops. If you currently have an account or email subscription with us, you’re automatically enrolled in VIP Rewards, so you can sign in, shop and start earning points!

You can view your rewards level and points by logging into your account and clicking "My VIP Rewards".

You will earn 1 VIP Rewards Point for every dollar spent online. You will not earn points on the value of any returned purchases, duties, taxes, gift wrapping, monogramming or shipping fees.

Earned VIP Rewards Points will show as pending in your dashboard for 30 days once your order is marked Paid. After the 30 day window, your points will confirmed in your account.

Please note: you will not earn VIP Rewards Points when a gift card is used as your payment method.

Points can still be earned on your purchase even if you were not logged in, as long as you use the email address linked to your account.

To redeem your points at checkout, please select from the list of available rewards. You will only be able to select the rewards based on your point balance. Select the redemption and click the "APPLY" button. Minimum purchase of $100. Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes.

Please note: the maximum reward redeemable on a single purchase is $80.

You can see your current level perks directly in the VIP Rewards dashboard. Please make sure you are opted in to receive emails about VIP Rewards to get updates and info about your level benefits. For additional questions, please reach out to customerservice@tnuck.com.

Points will expire 1 year after the date they are earned. Make sure to check your account for your most up-to-date point balance

You must continue to spend to remain in your level. Whatever level you achieve in a calendar year (ex. Jan 1, 2026 –Dec 31, 2026), you keep for the following year. For example, if you spend $1,000 in 2026 and achieve Gold status, you stay in Gold through the end of 2026. At the start of 2027, you’ll keep your earned Gold status and perks, but your dollars spent resets to $0. You must spend the designated level amount (in this case $1,000) to ensure that you remain in that level for the following year (2028).
