Tuckernuck x India Hicks Celebration Dinner

To celebrate our exclusive collaboration with India Hicks, we hosted an intimate dinner at our CEO and co-founder Jocelyn’s home in Georgetown, D.C. We invited members of both our and India’s team, as well as those local to the area, including interior designers, journalists, politicians, and business owners.
Guests arrived through Jocelyn’s garden for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Artist Laura Lines hand-painted the menus, and local DC florist Darling and Daughters provided the arrangements.

On the menu? Signature cocktails on tap were our Fashion and Lifestyle Director Shallon’s “Skinny Margarita” and India’s “Idle Dolly,” named after her daughter Domino and made with rum from her husband’s brand, Idle Assembly.

Our table setting was understated and elegant, just like India’s aesthetic and the collection. We used custom tablecloths of her new toile print for Tuckernuck, featuring scenes from her home in Harbour Island. To top it off, we incorporated notes of silver, chocolate brown, and pops of pink as a nod to one of India’s favorite colors and one that her father, David Hicks, frequently used in his designs.
As a party favor, each guest received a mini tote from a Tuckernuck favorite brand: Naghedi, plus a printed scarf from the Tuckernuck x India Hicks collection.
