Our sale will take place Tuesday, July 9th through Wednesday, July 10th at 11:59pm EST. Gold and Platinum VIPs will receive early access to the sale starting at 4:00pm EST on Monday, July 8th.

What is the discount for the Beat the Heat 20% Off Sale?
You can receive an additional 20% off the displayed price for all Sale styles. All styles eligible for the discount are in the "Sale" section of the website. Enter the code HEATWAVE at checkout to receive the additional 20% discount.
When I add an item to my cart, is it on hold for me?
No. Due to the high volume of orders, inventory and items in your cart will not be reserved. You must complete checkout and pay for your items. Item availability cannot be guaranteed until an order is placed and shipped.
When will I receive my items from the Beat the Heat 20% Off Sale?
Due to high order volume, please allow 2-3 days for processing of orders purchased with our standard shipping. You may receive your order in multiple shipments. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
Will I have to pay for shipping?
There will be a flat $6 fee to ship any order containing a sale item.
Can I return items from the Beat the Heat 20% Off Sale for exchange or store credit?
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

No. Only items marked on sale are included in the Beat the Heat 20% Off Sale.
Can I use a promo code to further discount the price of items that are part of the sale?
No. Only one promo code can be applied per order at a time. We recommend saving any additional promo codes for future orders on tnuck.com.
Can I shop the Beat the Heat 20% Off Sale at the DC store?
No, the sale is only available online. However, the store is open for normal business.
