About the Brand
After relocating from Australia to Southern California, surfer Brian Smith created warm, easy-to-pull-on boots to throw on after long days in the Pacific. Fellow surfers embraced the design, and what began as a cult favorite has since evolved into UGG—a brand known for its signature footwear and cozy essentials.
