The Party Shop

By Tuckernuck on

RSVP Ready

With party season upon us, we’re hosting our own at one of Washington DC’s most luxurious hotels, The Jefferson. Embracing all the glitz and glam and over-the-top styling, we’re going all out this year and finding the fun in everything from obligatory work events to our most anticipated all-nighter.

Glam Drunk

A bubble bath, makeup lineup, and a fresh white robe are the elements of leisure needed to prepare for a night out.

Library Libations

After rounds at a black tie event, we escape for a round (or two) of cards and cocktails in rainbow brights and regal gold.

Rolling Up

An LBD or a shimmery midi equally achieve that touch of wonder we’re seeking for our next cocktail party.

Designer Spotlight

This mini from Jonathan Simkhai evokes a bit of high-fashion drama while still remaining elegant.

Midnight Glow

Subtle cutouts offset botanicals, a bow, and puff sleeves for a romantic look.

Supper Club

Embrace textures–think silk, leather, tulle. Match with jewel tones and a satin ribbon for the final note of luxe for a dinner party with friends.

Pro Tip

Balance edgy leather with feminine tulle and make a floral feel more timely with glam additions of feather and velvet.

Piece of Work

Work holiday party essentials: tailored and tasteful shapes with the festive feel of tartan, velvet, and bright red.

The Golden Touch

Go-with-everything gold accessories will be on heavy rotation for your momentous and mini affairs.

Fair Game

Trend to try: hot pink, down to the sparkling rosé and cocktail glasses to match. For your next game night in, try mixing it with pops of red and some unexpected golden hues.

(Not So) Ugly Sweater Party

When it’s holiday season, we always want to feel festive, even for a low-key night in with friends.

Under Cover

After a long night out, there’s nothing better than a cheeseburger and some silky pajamas for the ultimate rest and recovery.
