Return restrictions may be placed on accounts that have exceeded our returns threshold. If an item is unused, unworn, unwashed, we'll take it back within 21 days of the item being delivered to your door for a refund. Please allow up to a full 14 business days for your refund to process.

We're happy to offer exchanges if you need a different size in the same product. 

To get started, enter your order number in our returns portal above and select the item you are looking to exchange. Once your return is processed, we'll ship your new size.

Please note that we can only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size. Items purchased on final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you are returning a gift, we are more than happy to offer store credit for the item. In our returns portal linked above, please select “Start a Gift Return” to begin the process.

Gift wrap is $8 Per item. Each item is individually wrapped inside of a branded gift box and tied up with a bow! If you added a gift message, your gift will arrive with a notecard as well. (Gift wrap is free at checkout for our Platinum VIP customers!)*Please note, we cannot add gift messages after an order has been placed.

We are unable to provide retroactive discounts on any orders already placed due to software restrictions. Please input your discount code prior to completing checkout, as this cannot be updated after an order is placed.
