What is the Tuckernuck Friends & Family Sale?
We are hosting a Friends & Family Sale to kickoff the fall season. This year, code FRIENDS gives you a discount on your purchase of $250 or more. Not valid for use on prior purchases or purchase of gift cards, and may not be used in conjunction with another promotional code or referral credit. VIP Rewards redemptions not available for use during sale period. Exclusions apply.

Our Friends & Family sale will start on Tuesday, September 17th and end at 11:59pm EST on Thursday, September 19th.

When I add an item to my cart, is it on hold for me?
No. Due to the high volume of orders, inventory and items in your cart will not be reserved. You must complete checkout and pay for your items. Item availability cannot be guaranteed until an order is placed and shipped.
When will I receive my items from the Tuckernuck Friends & Family Sale?
Due to high order volume, please allow 2-3 days for processing of orders purchased with our standard shipping. You may receive your order in multiple shipments.

Can I return items from the Tuckernuck Friends & Family sale for exchange or store credit?
Yes, you may return items from the sale, as long as they are not marked Final Sale. Please see our return policies here.

Are all items sold on Tnuck.com included in the Friends & Family sale?
No. Items marked as included with Use Code: FRIENDS are eligible for the sale. Certain products are excluded from the sale, but you can see our FAQ page to see a list of excluded brands.
Can I use a promo code to further discount the price of items that are part of the sale?
No. Only one code can be used at a time.
Can I shop the Friends and Family Sale at the DC store?
Yes! Please visit us in our store and mention the Friends & Family event at the register. See our store page for location and hours.
