Inspired by the innovative work of founders Fée Halsted and her first ceramics student, Bonnie Ntshalintshali, Ardmore has given local artists in South Africa the opportunity to create artworks based on meanings within the context of their culture, and which have become much sought-after 'modern collectibles'.
Designed in South Africa by Ardmore Design, these napkins are crafted of cotton with a vibrant jungle-inspired pattern and coordinating edges. Featuring intricate artwork which depicts the wildlife of the Zambezi River basin, a leopard sits regally amongst passion flowers and lucky beans, which are associated with magic in Zulu culture. Every Ardmore napkin is individually cut and sewn in Johannesburg, South Africa. These make for a beautiful addition to your holiday table or a hostess gift!
