Our friend Sarah truly does it all. This entrepreneur and mother on the go is full of energy, and doesn't let her busy schedule affect her seriously rad style. This is why we turned to her for advice and inspiration for how to style our leopard coat both for something casual like walking her pup and for a dinner date with her husband. And while her best accessories may be her adorable one-year-old plus her cute Bernadoodle, we still feel like we can get her Brooklyn cool-girl look.
While I was on maternity leave with my first son, people started telling me about all the classes I needed to sign him up for, AKA get on a six month waitlist. And then we went to the classes, and they were so boring and poorly branded. I couldn’t believe it. Meanwhile, there is nowhere to go in the city to have a glass of wine with a friend or send some emails with your child in tow where you won’t get side eye for bringing a stroller. So I decided to make one! It’s launching this Fall. It's a members only space with programming that is as engaging for parents as it is for kids. And there's wine.
This coat is such an easy way to throw a print into your look, which I love since on the weekends I live in jeans and a tee and am always on the go. During the day I wore it with a pair of old raggedy, ripped up jeans. Around the neighborhood I never want to look too put together, because, well, I’m not! Ha!
I went monochromatic for night, but in red. Red is a tough color because it can look overdone. If you keep it simple it does all the work for you.
